Experience
I have tutored children in basic maths and in English literature/writing and I have also spent two summers working as a camp counsellor, caring for groups of children and leading activities, including art, canoeing and swimming. This work included working with children with special needs. I think that tutoring is a great way to positively influence children and also an opportunity to continue areas of study that I am not studying at university.

Although I am strong academically I am also a very creative person enjoying art and musci (Iplay guitar and cello and love to sing). This can be useful in tutoring as I am able to find creative ways to teach each student depending on their interests. Finding a students passions can be the best way to aid their learning.
