I have completed my TEFL certificate which allows me to teach English abroad. From this, I have studied teaching techniques for all areas such as grammar and vocabulary, and I took modules which included; Teaching Young Learners, Teaching Large Classes, Teaching With Limited Resources, and Teaching Business English. I was a nanny/English teacher for a French family in St Tropez in 2008, and I worked at a primary school in Royan, France in 2006 as an English assistant.

Hobbies
I have many interests! I love literature and cinema, I find this is a very effective and enjoyable way to learn a language and get a feel for the culture and history of the relevant country. I am passionate about art & theatre too; last year I was a member of the Photographic Society at University and this year I am joining the Drama Society. To keep fit and healthy I take Yoga classes, go to the gym regularly and play tennis with my friends and family. I also love cooking so this makes up for it! Travel is my biggest passion - I would love to become a travel journalist, as I love to travel to different places and discover unusual cultures; I find it extremely exciting!
