I have a PhD in Sociology, MA in Sociology and Social Research (merit), BA in Politics and Philosophy (2:1). I got straight As in the following A Levels: English, Politics, Religious Studies, General Studies and the following AS Levels: Biology and Theatre Studies
Experience
I have experience in teaching undergraduate Sociology seminars. I am interested in supporting and guiding students who may be struggling in a particular area. I have excellent communication skills through previous voluntary positions in telephone based counselling roles.

Hobbies
I am currently studying for a counselling diploma, so am interested in people and in communication. I am also very active in teaching and fundraising at the Newcastle Buddhist Centre. I enjoy excercise and am a qualified aerobics instructor.
