Firm believer in the notion of “healthy body healthy mind”. Enjoy a variety of sports such as swimming, cycling and running. 1997 1500M athletics borough champion in Inter School Championships. Dedicated member of Ju-Jitsu Foundation during 2001 to 2008 which teaches discipline, self defence self control. Graded to dark blue belt which involved teaching of lower grades and taking session warm up. Extensive travel to Egypt, Spain, Kenya, France, Italy and India and been on a variety of out door excursions to the Lake District, Snowdonia and Brecon Beacons.
