Experience
I taught for two months alongside qualified teachers in a range of subjects in Cambodia 2007 to various age-groups, where I saw the importance of pre-lesson research and different education techniques. I additionally mentored new University students during my final University year and performed consistently well in my degree subject, achieving solid module results at A-level.

Hobbies
I fence for Newcastle University's Seconds Team and also run, cycle and swim recreationally and as training for a triathlon next June. I am a keen cyclist especially; this year I completed a bicycle trip from Paris to Budapest and the year before organised a sponsored cycle in aid of my aforementioned Cambodian school from Calais to Chiasso (Southern Switzerland/Northern Italy), as well as several other smaller tours around Normandy, Brittany and Tuscany. I also play the guitar occasionally,read often and enjoy the theatre.
